Korean Steak Nacho Fries Fusion

Fries with spicy gochujang cheese sauce, Korean steak, kimchi and guacamole!

One of my favorite treats of the game day are nachos or nacho fries! The nachos are a base of tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese sauce and other tasty ingredients, and it’s easy to swap tortilla chips with crispy fries. I’m going with a Korean theme for these nacho fries with Korean steak, chopped kimchi, guacamole and lots of gochujang nacho cheese sauce! I love having a double batch, fried version, of my Korean steak grilled the day before, save the supplement for these nacho fries! If you have already prepared the steak and cheese sauce, these nacho fries are as easy to make as cooking the french fries, warming up the steak and cheese sauce before assembling! These Korean fries with nacho steak are on my menu for big game!
